Bülent Özcan

Bülent Özcan is the director of Directorate of Project Implementation in the Ministry for EU Affairs. He is responsible from the management of various projects implemented by the Ministry for EU Affairs. The main objectives of these projects are to strengthen the capacity of CSOs, to support civil society dialogue between EU and Turkey, to increase the capacities of local authorities in the EU process and to support EU expertise in public and private sector, universities and  civil society organisations.
